August 2011- Two cases of Legionnaires’ disease in persons who both reported having traveled to North Platte, Nebraska. Postive test results for Legionella.

ARIA RESORT - Las Vegas
August 2011-8 former ARIA guests sue for exposure to Legionnaires' disease. Six plantiff's were treated for the disease.

July 2011-Six cases reported from ARIA Resort in Las Vegas. Postive test results for Legionella.
